For fan conventions
The production office for conventions.
Programming, guest relations, and the show floor in one place, from the first invitation to the thank-you notes.
What it does
-
Programming that knows who is free
Sessions, rooms, and tracks on one grid. The builder seats people from the availability they filed, keeps travel time between venues, and never books anyone past what they asked for.
-
Guests with one profile
A guest keeps their bio, pictures, and rider once. Each convention that invites them sees only what they grant, and their manager can answer for them.
-
A chase list, not a spreadsheet
Everything that still stands between the edition and show day, by person and by session, with the reminder ready to send.
-
Run of show and the live board
Cues by department, call sheets per room and day, a stage timer, and a floor view that says which room is running late and who that makes late next.
-
A public program people can read
Times in the right clock, labels and access information, door screens, calendar feeds, and the program in every language you translate it into.
-
Your organization's own login
Bring your OIDC or SAML provider. Directory groups give organizer and staff roles on your conventions, refreshed at every sign-in. No passwords anywhere.
Who it is for
Programming heads, guest relations, stage managers, and the floor team of fan conventions, from one weekend to a season of events. Guests, their managers, and panelists answer from their own pages, with or without an account.
Signing in
Sign in with Google or another account you already have, with a link sent to your email, or through your organization's login. Stageweft never asks for a password.
